Application Submission

  • Resumes are submitted for open requisitions, along with cover letter, and any other required materials on our website or through recruitment events.
  • Selected candidates are then invited to the application process.

Candidate Sourcing & Screening

  • Candidates are sourced from our in-house pool and extensive network
  • All Candidates are screened for
    ◦ Technical evaluation – by SMEs
    ◦ Effective Communication –clear and articulate communicators
    ◦ Soft Skills – cultural fit, collaboration, management of stressful situations
    ◦ Work eligibility – valid work authorization

Preliminary Screening for Requirements Analysis

  • The Tribola recruitment team reviews applications.
  • This stage assesses candidate’s educational background, relevant work experience, and fit with Tribola’s values.
  • Candidates who pass the screening are invited to first-round interviews.

First-Round Interviews

  • Typically consists of two interviews with Tribola consultants or project leaders.
  • Case Interview: Candidate is given a technical or business problem to solve this assesses analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fit Interview: Behavioral questions focus on experience, teamwork, and alignment with Tribola culture.

Assessment Test (if applicable)

  • Some regions may include a quantitative or problem-solving test.
  • Tests might assess logical, coding or technical architecture (if pertinent) reasoning, business acumen, or analytical skills.

Second-Round to other Final-Round Interviews with Client

  • Consists of 2–3 interviews depending, often with senior partners or principals at the client.
  • Further Case Interviews test depth in problem-solving, creativity, and adaptability.
  •  Fit Interviews here focus on technical expertise, leadership qualities, cultural fit, and motivation.

Decision Process

  • Post-interview feedback and discussions.

On Boarding Process

  • Background checks
  • Reference checks
  • Documentation – all documents, feedback and details are securely documented.

Offer

  • Successful candidates receive an offer, while feedback is typically provided for other candidates
